Portage Pop Warner is providing the following preliminary financial outlook for 2018.

The outlook includes the following assumptions:

• New rates are based on projections of the market prices for services and goods .
• Additional impact  concerning cost and fees from National and Regional affiliates for travel and general operation have been added. 
• Ongoing cost reductions will be the bases to get organization under budget as projected from Fiscal Years 2016 and 2017 non-essential operating expenses.
• Income and expenses have been set based on averages to project budget outlook of 2018.
